Simple (mind) Fish … Simple Fish 

Is just a turn of phrase but we use it to emphasize the strong desire to use only fresh fish just caught fish of the Adriatic and offer dishes inside which you can smell the sea. Don’t marry globalization, you won’t find fish that are not of our Adriatic Sea, obviously you will never find the classic endless menu. I liked to add the definition of tavern to reinforce the notion that here you will find only home-made pasta, fresh fish, simple dishes and many moments of continuous confrontation with you to talk about cooking and good wine, to laugh, joke and to dismiss the concept of fashion, crystal glasses and big pots of fine brands. We put lots of high-quality raw material, just in our area, and the daily contact with the fishermen there from the safety of a fish culture to levels of excellence.
